Wow. I was so impressed with the amazing service and thrilled with the results the team provided in selling my condo. Having not gone through the process before Ruth was very patient in answering all of my questions, guiding me through the steps and working with me. Also, I was selling while out of town and she was terrific in running around and tracking down keys and getting documents to my tenant to sign. Selling when you have a tenant can be tricky but due to the professionalism there were no problems. My only regret was that I didn’t hire them when I bought the place originally. Highly recommend.

Ruth and David are well known in our area for being excellent realtors.  Many of our friends have raved about working with them. So they were an easy choice for us when we decided to sell our East Van duplex. But we were even more impressed with Ruth than we expected to be. I strongly recommend Willo Jackson to anyone desiring to purchase a house in the Vancouver area. She was highly recommended to my wife and myself by our son, who had just bought a condo. Willo carefully guided us through the whole process: sending us possible listings months before our visit to Vancouver, taking us to examine over fifteen selected homes once we arrived in the city, pointing out the positive features and liabilities of each home and its location, advising us on strategically placing an offer on a perfect place, and helping us finalize the purchase agreement. Throughout all of these steps, we were deeply impressed with her background knowledge of particular localities in the city, her understanding of underlying physical features of each structure, her familiarity with the present-day market, and the cultivated relationships she and her firm had with many other agents. To All Potential Home Buyers,
My partner and I were both first time homebuyers, and recently purchased a new home with the help of Willo and her team. As first time home buyers we did not know what we were in for or how to start the whole process of buying a home. We did a LOT of research, and met a lot of real-estate agents while attempting to go at it alone. We realized quickly that we needed help. However, we found real-estate agents irritating and phony. Preamble: I have a black and white personality, limited time, and short patience.
