Here’s a little bit on why we went with them and why we believe it was truly a great decision. We are of the opinion that our time is valuable. We had big decisions to make and we weren’t willing to settle for anything less than an exceptional realtor / client experience. Willo was the perfect professional to help us buying our first apartment. She laid out all our options and carefully explained the costs and benefits of each. She helped us make informed decisions and never pressured us in any way. She was an excellent communicator, a great negotiator, and a well researched agent all the while being fun to be around. Our parents, who were involved in the purchase, felt that she genuinely cared about our future and did a great job of involving them in the process. When we sell, it will be with her and her wonderful team. They all seem to be really excited about their profession and there was never a question they couldn’t answer. My partner and I trust them, bottom line. It is no wonder why they are the top team in East Van!

My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about The Ruth & David Group. They have sold 2 of our properties now – one in 2010 and one this fall. The 2010 sale was in the Commercial Drive area and the 2015 sale was in Mount Pleasant. They are just excellent. In both cases, we had multiple tenants for them to coordinate and in both cases, none of the tenants ever complained. They are great to deal with –exceptionally hard-working, professional, knowledgeable, flexible, efficient, low stress, and amusing. Of course, they got us buyers for the price we wanted in both cases. I just don’t know why you would use any other realtor if you are selling your house in East Vancouver.

The Ruth & David Group were a delight to work with. Their professionalism in focusing on me as a client was evident by their attentive listening. I never felt like I was asking a “dumb question”.
