Wow. I was so impressed with the amazing service and thrilled with the results the team provided in selling my condo. Having not gone through the process before Ruth was very patient in answering all of my questions, guiding me through the steps and working with me. Also, I was selling while out of town and she was terrific in running around and tracking down keys and getting documents to my tenant to sign. Selling when you have a tenant can be tricky but due to the professionalism there were no problems. My only regret was that I didn’t hire them when I bought the place originally. Highly recommend.

I chose The Ruth & David Group for a few reasons. A good friend years ago used their services and had good results selling their house around Trout Lake. I was pleasantly surprised that Ruth remembered that couple. I have noticed over the years they are a constant in real estate and researched their success. The Ruth & David Group is probably the most active Real Estate Team in the Commercial Drive area. I have been impressed time upon time by their knowledge of the history and culture of the Commercial Drive area. From what I understand approximately 50 groups saw our house in 4 days of showings. An incredible amount of activity for just 7 days of being on the market. In the end we had 8 offers on the 8th day. This lead to us getting a final selling price that was 23% over asking. All the way through this Corey helped us with everything and Ruth and David were in the background giving us sage advice and reassuring words to help us get through the more stressful parts. Joy was managing all of the details and Willo was handling all of our last minute questions during the Closing Period. It was an amazing whirlwind experience and yet it never made us feel like we were over our heads. The Team was truly amazing.
