Ruth and David are well known in our area for being excellent realtors.  Many of our friends have raved about working with them. So they were an easy choice for us when we decided to sell our East Van duplex. But we were even more impressed with Ruth than we expected to be. Willo was the perfect professional to help us buying our first apartment. She laid out all our options and carefully explained the costs and benefits of each. She helped us make informed decisions and never pressured us in any way. She was an excellent communicator, a great negotiator, and a well researched agent all the while being fun to be around. Our parents, who were involved in the purchase, felt that she genuinely cared about our future and did a great job of involving them in the process. I strongly recommend Willo Jackson to anyone desiring to purchase a house in the Vancouver area. She was highly recommended to my wife and myself by our son, who had just bought a condo. Willo carefully guided us through the whole process: sending us possible listings months before our visit to Vancouver, taking us to examine over fifteen selected homes once we arrived in the city, pointing out the positive features and liabilities of each home and its location, advising us on strategically placing an offer on a perfect place, and helping us finalize the purchase agreement. Wow. I was so impressed with the amazing service and thrilled with the results the team provided in selling my condo. Having not gone through the process before Ruth was very patient in answering all of my questions, guiding me through the steps and working with me. Also, I was selling while out of town and she was terrific in running around and tracking down keys and getting documents to my tenant to sign. Selling when you have a tenant can be tricky but due to the professionalism there were no problems. My only regret was that I didn’t hire them when I bought the place originally. Highly recommend.
