It is hard to miss The Ruth & David Group in our neighbourhood in East Van as they have sold signs up on houses everywhere. We got to know Ruth, David and Corey as we went to open houses looking to move from a duplex to a larger single family home. My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about The Ruth & David Group. They have sold 2 of our properties now – one in 2010 and one this fall. The 2010 sale was in the Commercial Drive area and the 2015 sale was in Mount Pleasant. They are just excellent. In both cases, we had multiple tenants for them to coordinate and in both cases, none of the tenants ever complained. My partner and I were both first time homebuyers, and recently purchased a new home with the help of Willo and her team. As first time home buyers we did not know what we were in for or how to start the whole process of buying a home.
