I worked with Ruth and David the first time 12 years ago when they were just Ruth and David (not yet a whole team!). Willo was the perfect professional to help us buying our first apartment. She laid out all our options and carefully explained the costs and benefits of each. She helped us make informed decisions and never pressured us in any way. She was an excellent communicator, a great negotiator, and a well researched agent all the while being fun to be around. Our parents, who were involved in the purchase, felt that she genuinely cared about our future and did a great job of involving them in the process. We would like to thank Ruth and David for making the recent sale of our home as painless (and profitable!) as possible. As first-time sellers, we were unfamiliar with the process and had many concerns. But David and Ruth’s calm professionalism guided us through…we would highly recommend them.

My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about The Ruth & David Group. They have sold 2 of our properties now – one in 2010 and one this fall. The 2010 sale was in the Commercial Drive area and the 2015 sale was in Mount Pleasant. They are just excellent. In both cases, we had multiple tenants for them to coordinate and in both cases, none of the tenants ever complained. They are great to deal with –exceptionally hard-working, professional, knowledgeable, flexible, efficient, low stress, and amusing. Willo helped us to find a house we love in our chosen area in literally a blink of eye. She is knowledgable, full of energy, personal, flexible and most importantly accommodating. I strongly recommend Willo Jackson to anyone desiring to purchase a house in the Vancouver area. She was highly recommended to my wife and myself by our son, who had just bought a condo. Willo carefully guided us through the whole process: sending us possible listings months before our visit to Vancouver, taking us to examine over fifteen selected homes once we arrived in the city, pointing out the positive features and liabilities of each home and its location, advising us on strategically placing an offer on a perfect place, and helping us finalize the purchase agreement.
