Ruth and David are well known in our area for being excellent realtors.  Many of our friends have raved about working with them. So they were an easy choice for us when we decided to sell our East Van duplex. But we were even more impressed with Ruth than we expected to be. We have worked with three realtors in the past 6 months and Ruth was by far and away the best, excelling at many different aspects of client service. On of her best qualities is patience. We started the process of selling without a clear vision of what or where we wanted to buy. Wow. I was so impressed with the amazing service and thrilled with the results the team provided in selling my condo. Having not gone through the process before Ruth was very patient in answering all of my questions, guiding me through the steps and working with me. Also, I was selling while out of town and she was terrific in running around and tracking down keys and getting documents to my tenant to sign. Selling when you have a tenant can be tricky but due to the professionalism there were no problems. My only regret was that I didn’t hire them when I bought the place originally. Highly recommend.

It is hard to miss The Ruth & David Group in our neighbourhood in East Van as they have sold signs up on houses everywhere. We got to know Ruth, David and Corey as we went to open houses looking to move from a duplex to a larger single family home. We learned a lot about our local real estate market from them and eventually they found us the home we were looking for. They provided sage advice and guidance as we went through some challenging negotiations trying to purchase our new home and their marketing efforts resulted in multiple offers and an excellent price for our previous home.
