It is hard to miss The Ruth & David Group in our neighbourhood in East Van as they have sold signs up on houses everywhere. We got to know Ruth, David and Corey as we went to open houses looking to move from a duplex to a larger single family home. We learned a lot about our local real estate market from them and eventually they found us the home we were looking for. They provided sage advice and guidance as we went through some challenging negotiations trying to purchase our new home and their marketing efforts resulted in multiple offers and an excellent price for our previous home. Willo, Shan and I both had a breezy time home-hunting with you – you turned a stressful experience into one that was informative and pretty fun. Fast, effective and super nice. Awesome communicators with the personal touch. We signed an intent to sell on April 27, 2014 and the house was sold at $105, 000 over asking on the 12th of May. From intent to sale in such a short period of time with one evening “Sneaky Peek”‘ and one Sunday open house, Wow! The team really understood our house and who we are. My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about The Ruth & David Group. They have sold 2 of our properties now – one in 2010 and one this fall. The 2010 sale was in the Commercial Drive area and the 2015 sale was in Mount Pleasant. They are just excellent. In both cases, we had multiple tenants for them to coordinate and in both cases, none of the tenants ever complained.
