Wow. I was so impressed with the amazing service and thrilled with the results the team provided in selling my condo. Having not gone through the process before Ruth was very patient in answering all of my questions, guiding me through the steps and working with me. Also, I was selling while out of town and she was terrific in running around and tracking down keys and getting documents to my tenant to sign. Selling when you have a tenant can be tricky but due to the professionalism there were no problems. My only regret was that I didn’t hire them when I bought the place originally. Highly recommend.

We would like to take this opportunity to recommend the services of Ruth Chuang and David Jones to anyone needing a real estate agent in Vancouver. My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about The Ruth & David Group. They have sold 2 of our properties now – one in 2010 and one this fall. In both cases, we had multiple tenants for them to coordinate and in both cases, none of the tenants ever complained. Unfortunately, not every relationship ends with happily ever after. Throw a shared property in the mix and things could get complicated.
