Wow. I was so impressed with the amazing service and thrilled with the results the team provided in selling my condo. Having not gone through the process before Ruth was very patient in answering all of my questions, guiding me through the steps and working with me. Also, I was selling while out of town and she was terrific in running around and tracking down keys and getting documents to my tenant to sign. Selling when you have a tenant can be tricky but due to the professionalism there were no problems. My only regret was that I didn’t hire them when I bought the place originally. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about The Ruth & David Group. They have sold 2 of our properties now – one in 2010 and one this fall. The 2010 sale was in the Commercial Drive area and the 2015 sale was in Mount Pleasant. They are just excellent. In both cases, we had multiple tenants for them to coordinate and in both cases, none of the tenants ever complained. They are great to deal with –exceptionally hard-working, professional, knowledgeable, flexible, efficient, low stress, and amusing. Of course, they got us buyers for the price we wanted in both cases. I just don’t know why you would use any other realtor if you are selling your house in East Vancouver.

It was a pleasure working with both you. Had I know that it would have been such a quick sale I would’ve listed with you guys last year when I first put the house on the market but hindsight is 20/20. Willo helped us to find a house we love in our chosen area in literally a blink of eye. She is knowledgable, full of energy, personal, flexible and most importantly accommodating. The whole group is very supportive of each other. I could tell there is a great working dynamic among all the members in the group.
