Ruth and David are well known in our area for being excellent realtors.  Many of our friends have raved about working with them. So they were an easy choice for us when we decided to sell our East Van duplex. But we were even more impressed with Ruth than we expected to be. Buying or selling a house can be a very scary thing (especially in Vancouver)……so emotionally charged, with so many real consequences. I used Ruth and David for both. My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about The Ruth & David Group. They have sold 2 of our properties now – one in 2010 and one this fall. I chose The Ruth & David Group for a few reasons. A good friend years ago used their services and had good results selling their house around Trout Lake. I was pleasantly surprised that Ruth remembered that couple. I have noticed over the years they are a constant in real estate and researched their success. The house I recently sold was a character home and they have knowledge and interest for older homes in Vancouver. Everyone on their team performed well. The pictures on the MLS turned out great and their associate Corey was very personable. All in all my house sold at a fair market price and I’m happy with the service I chose.
