Wow. I was so impressed with the amazing service and thrilled with the results the team provided in selling my condo. Having not gone through the process before Ruth was very patient in answering all of my questions, guiding me through the steps and working with me. Also, I was selling while out of town and she was terrific in running around and tracking down keys and getting documents to my tenant to sign. Selling when you have a tenant can be tricky but due to the professionalism there were no problems. My only regret was that I didn’t hire them when I bought the place originally. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about The Ruth & David Group. They have sold 2 of our properties now – one in 2010 and one this fall. The 2010 sale was in the Commercial Drive area and the 2015 sale was in Mount Pleasant. They are just excellent. In both cases, we had multiple tenants for them to coordinate and in both cases, none of the tenants ever complained. They are great to deal with –exceptionally hard-working, professional, knowledgeable, flexible, efficient, low stress, and amusing. Of course, they got us buyers for the price we wanted in both cases. I just don’t know why you would use any other realtor if you are selling your house in East Vancouver.

I strongly recommend Willo Jackson to anyone desiring to purchase a house in the Vancouver area. She was highly recommended to my wife and myself by our son, who had just bought a condo. Willo carefully guided us through the whole process: sending us possible listings months before our visit to Vancouver, taking us to examine over fifteen selected homes once we arrived in the city, pointing out the positive features and liabilities of each home and its location, advising us on strategically placing an offer on a perfect place, and helping us finalize the purchase agreement. Throughout all of these steps, we were deeply impressed with her background knowledge of particular localities in the city, her understanding of underlying physical features of each structure, her familiarity with the present-day market, and the cultivated relationships she and her firm had with many other agents. I chose The Ruth & David Group for a few reasons. A good friend years ago used their services and had good results selling their house around Trout Lake. I was pleasantly surprised that Ruth remembered that couple. I have noticed over the years they are a constant in real estate and researched their success. The house I recently sold was a character home and they have knowledge and interest for older homes in Vancouver. Everyone on their team performed well. The pictures on the MLS turned out great and their associate Corey was very personable. All in all my house sold at a fair market price and I’m happy with the service I chose.
