Ruth and David are well known in our area for being excellent realtors.  Many of our friends have raved about working with them. So they were an easy choice for us when we decided to sell our East Van duplex. But we were even more impressed with Ruth than we expected to be. On of her best qualities is patience. We started the process of selling without a clear vision of what or where we wanted to buy. Most importantly, when it came to listing and accepting offers, Ruth made us feel she was protecting us as her clients. When it felt like the market was softening, she steadied our nerves. She always had our best interest at heart and it translated into multiple offers and a sale that we were ultimately very happy with. I chose The Ruth & David Group for a few reasons. A good friend years ago used their services and had good results selling their house around Trout Lake. I was pleasantly surprised that Ruth remembered that couple. I have noticed over the years they are a constant in real estate and researched their success.
