To All Potential Home Buyers,
My partner and I were both first time homebuyers, and recently purchased a new home with the help of Willo and her team. As first time home buyers we did not know what we were in for or how to start the whole process of buying a home. We did a LOT of research, and met a lot of real-estate agents while attempting to go at it alone. We realized quickly that we needed help. However, we found real-estate agents irritating and phony. Preamble: I have a black and white personality, limited time, and short patience. We finally came across The Ruth & David Group website and were impressed by what was conveyed – they seemed personable and experienced. Best decision we could have made!! Willo is a superhero in our eyes and in what seems to be saturated market of real-estate agents – we consider her a rare find.

5. She is knowledgeable – Sadly we went to many viewings where the listing agent knew nothing about the property they were selling or had their facts wrong. Willo was always on the ball, kept them on their toes, researched the property and the area extensively before we arrived, and asked questions we would have forgot to ask otherwise. It is hard to miss The Ruth & David Group in our neighbourhood in East Van as they have sold signs up on houses everywhere. We got to know Ruth, David and Corey as we went to open houses looking to move from a duplex to a larger single family home. Wow. I was so impressed with the amazing service and thrilled with the results the team provided in selling my condo. Having not gone through the process before Ruth was very patient in answering all of my questions, guiding me through the steps and working with me. Also, I was selling while out of town and she was terrific in running around and tracking down keys and getting documents to my tenant to sign. Selling when you have a tenant can be tricky but due to the professionalism there were no problems. My only regret was that I didn’t hire them when I bought the place originally. Highly recommend.
