Ruth and David are well known in our area for being excellent realtors.  Many of our friends have raved about working with them. So they were an easy choice for us when we decided to sell our East Van duplex. But we were even more impressed with Ruth than we expected to be. Most importantly, when it came to listing and accepting offers, Ruth made us feel she was protecting us as her clients. When it felt like the market was softening, she steadied our nerves. She always had our best interest at heart and it translated into multiple offers and a sale that we were ultimately very happy with. My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about The Ruth & David Group. They have sold 2 of our properties now – one in 2010 and one this fall. Wow. I was so impressed with the amazing service and thrilled with the results the team provided in selling my condo. Having not gone through the process before Ruth was very patient in answering all of my questions, guiding me through the steps and working with me. Also, I was selling while out of town and she was terrific in running around and tracking down keys and getting documents to my tenant to sign. Selling when you have a tenant can be tricky but due to the professionalism there were no problems. My only regret was that I didn’t hire them when I bought the place originally. Highly recommend.
