It is hard to miss The Ruth & David Group in our neighbourhood in East Van as they have sold signs up on houses everywhere. We got to know Ruth, David and Corey as we went to open houses looking to move from a duplex to a larger single family home. We learned a lot about our local real estate market from them and eventually they found us the home we were looking for. They provided sage advice and guidance as we went through some challenging negotiations trying to purchase our new home and their marketing efforts resulted in multiple offers and an excellent price for our previous home. Ruth and David are well known in our area for being excellent realtors.  Many of our friends have raved about working with them. Willo was the perfect professional to help us buying our first apartment. She laid out all our options and carefully explained the costs and benefits of each. She helped us make informed decisions and never pressured us in any way. She was an excellent communicator, a great negotiator, and a well researched agent all the while being fun to be around. Our parents, who were involved in the purchase, felt that she genuinely cared about our future and did a great job of involving them in the process.
