My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about The Ruth & David Group. They have sold 2 of our properties now – one in 2010 and one this fall. The 2010 sale was in the Commercial Drive area and the 2015 sale was in Mount Pleasant. They are just excellent. In both cases, we had multiple tenants for them to coordinate and in both cases, none of the tenants ever complained. They are great to deal with –exceptionally hard-working, professional, knowledgeable, flexible, efficient, low stress, and amusing. Of course, they got us buyers for the price we wanted in both cases. I just don’t know why you would use any other realtor if you are selling your house in East Vancouver.

It is hard to miss The Ruth & David Group in our neighbourhood in East Van as they have sold signs up on houses everywhere. We got to know Ruth, David and Corey as we went to open houses looking to move from a duplex to a larger single family home. We learned a lot about our local real estate market from them and eventually they found us the home we were looking for. They provided sage advice and guidance as we went through some challenging negotiations trying to purchase our new home and their marketing efforts resulted in multiple offers and an excellent price for our previous home. This was the most important (and at times stressful) transaction of our lives and throughout it all the team was attentive to our many questions and needs. We would recommend them without reservation.

Willo was the perfect professional to help us buying our first apartment. She laid out all our options and carefully explained the costs and benefits of each. She helped us make informed decisions and never pressured us in any way. She was an excellent communicator, a great negotiator, and a well researched agent all the while being fun to be around. Our parents, who were involved in the purchase, felt that she genuinely cared about our future and did a great job of involving them in the process. When we sell, it will be with her and her wonderful team. They all seem to be really excited about their profession and there was never a question they couldn’t answer. My partner and I trust them, bottom line. It is no wonder why they are the top team in East Van!

Wow. I was so impressed with the amazing service and thrilled with the results the team provided in selling my condo. Having not gone through the process before Ruth was very patient in answering all of my questions, guiding me through the steps and working with me. Also, I was selling while out of town and she was terrific in running around and tracking down keys and getting documents to my tenant to sign. Selling when you have a tenant can be tricky but due to the professionalism there were no problems. My only regret was that I didn’t hire them when I bought the place originally. Highly recommend.

Fast, effective and super nice. Awesome communicators with the personal touch. We signed an intent to sell on April 27, 2014 and the house was sold at $105, 000 over asking on the 12th of May. Buying or selling a house can be a very scary thing (especially in Vancouver)……so emotionally charged, with so many real consequences. I used Ruth and David for both.
