Willo carefully guided us through the whole process: sending us possible listings months before our visit to Vancouver, taking us to examine over fifteen selected homes once we arrived in the city, pointing out the positive features and liabilities of each home and its location, advising us on strategically placing an offer on a perfect place, and helping us finalize the purchase agreement. Throughout all of these steps, we were deeply impressed with her background knowledge of particular localities in the city, her understanding of underlying physical features of each structure, her familiarity with the present-day market, and the cultivated relationships she and her firm had with many other agents.
