My partner and I were both first time homebuyers, and recently purchased a new home with the help of Willo and her team. As first time home buyers we did not know what we were in for or how to start the whole process of buying a home. We did a LOT of research, and met a lot of real-estate agents while attempting to go at it alone. We realized quickly that we needed help. However, we found real-estate agents irritating and phony. Preamble: I have a black and white personality, limited time, and short patience. We finally came across The Ruth & David Group website and were impressed by what was conveyed – they seemed personable and experienced. Best decision we could have made!! Willo is a superhero in our eyes and in what seems to be saturated market of real-estate agents – we consider her a rare find.

3. She is efficient and timely – She was quick, almost immediate, in her responses to our emails, texts, or phone calls.
4. She is competitive – She strives to be the best in whatever she does and it shows. If we were interested in a property we had a viewing ASAP. We were always happy to have her at an open house with us because she dominated the floor.
5. She is knowledgeable – Sadly we went to many viewings where the listing agent knew nothing about the property they were selling or had their facts wrong. Willo was always on the ball, kept them on their toes, researched the property and the area extensively before we arrived, and asked questions we would have forgot to ask otherwise. Willo does not “wing it” – if she does not know the answer she owns up to it and finds out what the answer is. Willo’s honesty was always appreciated.

Fast, effective and super nice. Awesome communicators with the personal touch. We signed an intent to sell on April 27, 2014 and the house was sold at $105, 000 over asking on the 12th of May. From intent to sale in such a short period of time with one evening “Sneaky Peek”‘ and one Sunday open house, Wow! The team really understood our house and who we are. I strongly recommend Willo Jackson to anyone desiring to purchase a house in the Vancouver area. She was highly recommended to my wife and myself by our son, who had just bought a condo. Willo carefully guided us through the whole process: sending us possible listings months before our visit to Vancouver, taking us to examine over fifteen selected homes once we arrived in the city, pointing out the positive features and liabilities of each home and its location, advising us on strategically placing an offer on a perfect place, and helping us finalize the purchase agreement. Throughout all of these steps, we were deeply impressed with her background knowledge of particular localities in the city, her understanding of underlying physical features of each structure, her familiarity with the present-day market, and the cultivated relationships she and her firm had with many other agents. Willo helped us to find a house we love in our chosen area in literally a blink of eye. She is knowledgable, full of energy, personal, flexible and most importantly accommodating. My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about The Ruth & David Group. They have sold 2 of our properties now – one in 2010 and one this fall. The 2010 sale was in the Commercial Drive area and the 2015 sale was in Mount Pleasant. They are just excellent. In both cases, we had multiple tenants for them to coordinate and in both cases, none of the tenants ever complained.
