My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about The Ruth & David Group. They have sold 2 of our properties now – one in 2010 and one this fall. The 2010 sale was in the Commercial Drive area and the 2015 sale was in Mount Pleasant. They are just excellent. In both cases, we had multiple tenants for them to coordinate and in both cases, none of the tenants ever complained. I chose The Ruth & David Group for a few reasons. A good friend years ago used their services and had good results selling their house around Trout Lake. I was pleasantly surprised that Ruth remembered that couple. I have noticed over the years they are a constant in real estate and researched their success. It is hard to miss The Ruth & David Group in our neighbourhood in East Van as they have sold signs up on houses everywhere. Ruth and David are well known in our area for being excellent realtors.  Many of our friends have raved about working with them. So they were an easy choice for us when we decided to sell our East Van duplex. But we were even more impressed with Ruth than we expected to be.
