Wow. I was so impressed with the amazing service and thrilled with the results the team provided in selling my condo. Having not gone through the process before Ruth was very patient in answering all of my questions, guiding me through the steps and working with me. Also, I was selling while out of town and she was terrific in running around and tracking down keys and getting documents to my tenant to sign. Selling when you have a tenant can be tricky but due to the professionalism there were no problems. My only regret was that I didn’t hire them when I bought the place originally. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about The Ruth & David Group. They have sold 2 of our properties now – one in 2010 and one this fall. The 2010 sale was in the Commercial Drive area and the 2015 sale was in Mount Pleasant. They are just excellent. In both cases, we had multiple tenants for them to coordinate and in both cases, none of the tenants ever complained. They are great to deal with –exceptionally hard-working, professional, knowledgeable, flexible, efficient, low stress, and amusing. Of course, they got us buyers for the price we wanted in both cases. I just don’t know why you would use any other realtor if you are selling your house in East Vancouver.

The Ruth & David Group is probably the most active Real Estate Team in the Commercial Drive area. I have been impressed time upon time by their knowledge of the history and culture of the Commercial Drive area. They seem to know everyone and everyone seems to know them. Due to this when it came time choose a Real Estate Agent or Team to represent us our immediate first choice was The Ruth & David Group. Ruth and Corey came out to meet us, see our place, find out what our situation was, what we were looking to achieve and give us their assessment of what they could get for us. They were upfront and frank about everything, no over estimations of our house’s worth or promising the world to get our business. Just a calm, reasoned appraisal of our situation and suggestions tailored to our specific needs. When it came time to put our place on the market they were easy to work with and incredibly efficient.
