Before the closing date Willo sent us a very detailed list of the steps to take to complete the purchase and assured us she would be there whenever we needed suggestions or other help. Fast, effective and super nice. Awesome communicators with the personal touch. We signed an intent to sell on April 27, 2014 and the house was sold at $105, 000 over asking on the 12th of May.
