Renfrew Heights offers mostly detached homes on larger lots with many having tenant suites on the lower level and laneway homes in the back. Many home owners work in labor, services & trades commuting to North Van & Burnaby for work. Historically, this was a Chinese and Italian neighborhood, with most of the community built in the 1960’s- 1980’s.
